How Room Rent Is Calculated
Room rent is dynamic. The final amount depends on the number of persons, the room type selected, and the check-in and check-out dates (per day). Tariffs may also change on festival days and during Rathotsavam. Please confirm the current rent with our team before booking.
Sharing Room Allotment
A sharing room is allotted for 5 members. If your group has fewer members than the required occupancy, the remaining beds may be allotted to other devotees in the same room. If you prefer a private room for your family, please tell us while booking and we will arrange it as per availability.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in and check-out timings are as confirmed by our team at the time of booking. Late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
ID Proof Required
A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport) is mandatory for every adult guest at check-in.
Room Allotment Rules
Rooms are allotted as per availability on the day of arrival. A sharing room holds 5 members; remaining beds may be allotted to other devotees.
Cancellation & Refund
Please inform us as early as possible if your plan changes. Cancellation and refund are handled as per our cancellation policy.
